1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket or entering the festival grounds, you (“the Attendee”) agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all festival rules. The Afterburn reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person who fails to comply with these terms, without a refund.

2. Ticket Policy & Entry
Validity: Only tickets purchased through official channels of The Afterburn are valid for entry.

Wristbands: Wristbands must be worn at all times while on the festival grounds. Tampered, cut, removed, or lost wristbands are considered void and will not be replaced.

Credentials: You may be required to show a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on your ticket or order.

3. Entry & Security
Search: For the safety of all fans, every attendee is subject to a full security search (including bags and pat-downs) upon entry.

Prohibited Items: No outside food/drink, professional cameras (detachable lenses), weapons, illegal substances, or glass containers are permitted.

Age Requirement: The Afterburn is an all-ages event unless otherwise stated. Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

4. Code of Conduct
We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for harassment, violence, or discrimination of any kind.

Respect the pit, respect the staff, and respect each other.

If you see something, say something. Security is on-site to keep the energy high and the safety standards higher.

5. Medical & Liability
Assumption of Risk: Attendees acknowledge that music festivals involve inherent risks (including loud noise, crowded spaces, and physical activity). By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to personal injury or property damage.

Health: First aid stations are clearly marked. Please stay hydrated and look out for your friends.

6. Media & Photography
By entering The Afterburn, you grant the festival permission to use your likeness in any photographs, videos, or livestreams taken during the event for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Changes to the Event
The Afterburn reserves the right to change the lineup, set times, or venue layout at any time. While we strive for the ultimate show, unforeseen circumstances happen in the world of live music.
